Yes, you can provide your samples and we will run it through the machine to show you its capabilities.

P6 How can I check the machine before shipment?

After production, our shipping staff will run a final inspection on all the items listed on the checklist, following the ISO quality management systems. A detailed report can be provided if necessary.

P7 How to operate the machine?

On each machine, you can find a control panel with key buttons. Each of them has a dedicated function as mentioned in the user manual. Before interacting with the interface, make sure you have a complete understanding of each action.

The processing speed varies with your application and the expected results. It is essential to stay within the defined range set by Xtra Metal and not operate the machine beyond these limits.

We usually set prices under Ex Works incoterm. If you prefer we take care of your shipment, you can request for Cost Insurance Freight term.

Q3 What are the payment terms?

As most of machine makers, payment terms start with a 30% down payment. After testing and client approval, the remaining 70% needs to be sent before machine dispatching.

Q4 How to know the status of my order?

Yes, all our machines and parts are delivered with a 12-month warranty period.

80% of Xtra Metal machine parts are kept in stock and can be dispatched in 5 working days.

S5 How to install my machine?

Our machines are usually dispatched with wooden crate packing. You have to read and follow the instructions from user manual. For assistance, you can contact the dealer or check with our staff.

S6 How to connect my machine to power source?

Only trained technician can perform this step. The detailed procedure is mentioned in the instruction manual or on the related post from each machine webpage.

Maintenance

M1 How often should I clean the machine?

This depends on your usage but cleaning moving parts in contact with wood dust or any other contaminants should be performed daily and as regularly as possible.

M2 How often should I lubricate the machine?

This depends on the model you purchased. Some machines are equipped with an automatic system that provides intermittent lubrication to key parts. It remains essential to pay attention to the instructions listed in the user manual, especially with moving parts.

M3 What kind of oil/grease should I use?

For each machine, we provide a recommended list of oil and grease brands. Those are the ones you must use to maintain and ensure a long lifetime to your machine.

M4 I need to replace one component from the electrical board. How should I proceed?

Only personnel who are properly trained and have adequate knowledge should undertake all electrical troubleshooting and repair.
