1. Frequent Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the machine and its surrounding is required for maintaining stability and durability of the machine.

2. Lubrication
The system automatically provides intermittent lubrication to the components of the machine. Set with a 2-second pulse, the injector is running every 30 minutes.

3. Coolant
The coolant tank capacity is 90 liters. Change coolant every two or three months. The proportions of coolant and water are about 1:25-30, meaning about 100cc concentrate coolant with water 2500~3000cc.

4. Moving Parts Lubrication
Before each machine usage, spread grease on the saw arbor. Clean feed pawl and use compressed air jet once every week. Add grease on blade clamp system once every two months.

5. Hydraulic Cabinet
It should be checked and cleaned once per month. Add hydraulic oil into the tank until reaching the upper limit of the oil level gauge.
After the first 3 months of operation, change the hydraulic oil. Then, change it once every six months.
The oil filter has to be cleaned every two months. If damaged, it must be changed.

6. Bevel Axis Angle Lube
Change bevel axis angle lube every year.
