Control Buttons & Actions
 | Automatic Start Press once: Start automatic grinding process. PS: the grinding point must be set prior action. |
 | Pause Mode Press once: Suspend all grinding movements. |
 | Reset Mode Press once: All axes back to their home positions. |
 | Grinding Head Backward Press once: Let the grinding head moves backward. |
 | Grinding Head Forward Press & hold: Let the grinding head moves forward. (Must Press “Feed Pawl Simulation” twice to unlock this action) |
 | Grinding Head Outfeed Press & hold: Let the grinding head moves out of its feeding position. |
 | Grinding Head Infeed Press & hold: Let the grinding head moves in its feeding position. |
 | Grinding Head Rapid Feed Press once: Let the grinding head moves in fast speed to its feeding position. |
 | Grinding Head Swiveling Press once when grinding tooth shape with two angles or more. |
 | Clearance Angle Down Press & hold: Let the grinding head moves down. |
 | Clearance Angle Up Press & hold: Let the grinding head moves up. |
 | Grinding Point Setting Press once: Set the current position as the zero point (base height). Press & hold 2s: Cancel the zero point (base height) setting. |
 | Saw Blade Clamping Open / Close Press once: Saw blade clamp opens and feed pawl moves down. Press twice: Feed pawl moves up and saw blade clamp closes. |
 | Feed Pawl Press once: Feed pawl moves down. Press twice: Feed pawl moves up. |
 | Hydraulic On Press once: Start the hydraulic motor. |
 | Hydraulic Off Press once: Shut down the hydraulic motor. |
 | Coolant On / Off Press once: Start the coolant motor. Press twice: Shut down the coolant motor. |
 | Machine Light On / Off Press once: Start the machine light. Press twice: Shut down the machine light. |
