1. Large/Standard Pitch Measurements
Use Caliper to measure large pitch and standard pitch.
Ex: Large pitch: 30mm / Standard pitch: 15mm

2. Open Clamp
Press the saw blade clamping open button  and adjust the feed pawl with the tooth pitch setting wheel (1) to the large tooth pitch value of 30mm and the extra tooth pitch setting wheel (2) to the standard tooth pitch value of 15mm.



Note: Before turning large pitch function on, press the Saw Blade Clamping Open button  .

3. Close Clamp
After finishing settings, press Saw Blade Clamping Close button  .

4. Large Pitch Options
On the control panel Home Page, click on “Grinding Sequence”, then click on “Next” to access the large pitch setting modes.

5. Mode Selection
Check the dedicated section in section 4.3. Control Panel Operations / Grinding Sequence (2) from the instruction manual.

6. Saw Blade Positioning
Put saw blade into the tooth next to large tooth.

7. Close Clamp
After finishing settings, press Saw Blade Clamping Close button  .

8. Grinding Point
Press Reset Mode button  for grinding point setting.

9. Auto Start
Press Automatic Start button  .
