The 7″ touchscreen Magelis series from Schneider reference HMIGXU3512 allows to select the working programs and key in the necessary information in a simple and convenient way.

The Programmable Logic Controller or PLC is also made by Schneider reference TM241CEC24R. This device brings high level of performance to the user, while offering excellent reliability. it is convenient for system upgrades with SD card slot.

The layers of electromagnetic contactors combined with safety relay all from Schneider offer a comprehensive protection for the user. In the event of a hazard, it delivers a safe and reliable response by achieving a total monitoring.

• Inductive Sensors
6 made-in-Germany sensors from IFM reference IN5125 monitor the key grinding motions and ensure they do not exceed the safety limits.
This includes the followings:
– Backward limit point
– Forward limit point (GP start)
– Forward limit point (GP end)
– Outfeed / Infeed limit point
– Bevel angle zero / limit point
– Feed pawl limit point

IFM Inductive Sensors

• Yuken Solenoid Valves
4 Solenoid Valve from Japanese Yuken DSG-01 series regulate the hydraulic fluid for the controls of grinding path, feed pawl, saw blade clamp and clearance angle brake.
