1. Automatic Lubrication
The system automatically provides intermittent lubrication to the components of the machine. Set with a 2-second pulse, the injector is running every 30 minutes.

2. Clearance Angle Motor
This motor controls the up and down movements of the grinding wheel to adjust the clearance angle value.

3. Hydraulic Motor
This motor is directly connected to the oil pressure system, which includes a pressure accumulator and a pressure gauge. Its purpose is to ensure a consistent pressure of 40PSI within the hydraulic circuit.

4. Oil Level Gauge
It indicates the level of oil in the tank, which has a maximum capacity of 80 liters. When the level reaches its low limit, a warning message is sent to the user.

5. Hydraulic Cabinet
The user can monitor all the hydraulic system from this area, which includes 4 solenoid valves for grinding path, feed pawl, saw clamp and clearance angle brake respectively.

6. Electrical Cabinet
The user can monitor all the electrical system from this area, which includes a complete set of electrical devices such as Schneider electromagnetic contactors and Yaskawa servo pack.

7. Heat Exchanger
This equipment cools down the electronic components inside the electrical cabinet and ensures the best conditions for industrial applications.
